Ballad of Ulzamar
A commission to produce a poster and title design for the short film Ballad of Ulzamar by Emir Ziyalar. The poster brief was to mirror the black and white aesthetic and dark atmosphere of the film without being overly descriptive. I wanted to produce something striking, minimalistic and graphic using important motifs from the story. The title needed to be handwritten and appear alien, subtle and sinister.
